Delivery Policy

All deliveries are made by the Favorita Delivery team. We do not use shipping carriers. Meals are made to order and delivered frozen.

Production time

Orders are prepared 24 to 48 hours in advance and delivered on the next available delivery day for your area.

Areas, fees and delivery days

Manhattan and Astoria, Woodside, Sunnyside and East Elmhurst: free from 10 meals ($140); $9 for smaller orders. Manhattan: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Astoria, Woodside, Sunnyside and East Elmhurst: Tuesday.
Bronx: $10. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Rest of Queens: $10. Tuesday.
Brooklyn: $11, 10-meal minimum ($140), free from 20 meals ($280). Saturday.
Staten Island: $25, 10-meal minimum ($140). Saturday.
Long Island: $20, 10-meal minimum ($140). Friday and Saturday, every other week.

Order minimums and free delivery are based on the value of the products in your cart. Your area's fee is shown at checkout based on the ZIP code you enter. If your ZIP code does not show a delivery option, it is not yet part of our delivery area.

24h rush delivery

Available only for Manhattan, Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn, for $30 on top of the area fee. To book it, add the "Rush delivery 24h" item to your cart. Rush delivery is subject to confirmation by our team and cannot be canceled once confirmed.

On delivery day

Make sure your address, phone number and delivery instructions (doorman, buzzer, apartment) are correct.
If no one is available to receive the order, we will leave it at the place given in your instructions. From delivery onward, keeping the meals frozen is the customer's responsibility.
Put the meals in the freezer as soon as you receive them.
We may record photos, date and time of delivery as proof.
