This website is operated by Favorita Delivery LLC ("Favorita Delivery", "we", "us"), located at 418 Broadway Ste. N, Albany, NY 12207, United States. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Cancellation and Refund Policy, our Delivery Policy and our Privacy Policy.

1. Orders

By checking out, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's permission, and that the information you provide is accurate. An order is only confirmed once payment is approved. We may refuse or cancel orders in case of suspected fraud, pricing errors, unavailable ingredients or an address outside our delivery area, with a full refund.

2. Prices and menu

Prices are in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice; changes do not affect orders already confirmed. The menu changes every month. Photos are for illustration and the actual dish may look different.

3. Ingredients and allergies

Our kitchen handles ingredients such as milk and dairy, eggs, wheat (gluten), soy, fish and other allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contact. If you have an allergy or dietary restriction, contact us before ordering. It is the customer's responsibility to tell us about any restrictions.

4. Storage and consumption

Meals must be kept frozen and eaten before the date shown on the label. Follow the heating instructions and never refreeze a product that has thawed. We are not responsible for problems caused by improper storage or preparation after delivery.

5. Delivery, cancellation and refunds

Delivery, cancellation and refund terms are described in the Delivery Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

6. Catering

Catering services are not sold directly on the website. They are booked through a custom quote, which includes applicable taxes and the specific terms for the event.

7. Use of the site

You may not use the site for unlawful purposes, attempt payment fraud, or copy content (text, photos and brand) without permission. All site content belongs to Favorita Delivery LLC.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page is the one in effect.
